Psychological well-being of adolescents gifted in math, humanities and sports: Comparative analysis [Сравнительный анализ психологического благополучия подростков с одаренностью в математике, спорте и гуманитарных науках]

Аннотация

Психологическое благополучие является важным фактором успешной реализации потенциала одаренных подростков. В связи с этим исследования данной проблематики имеют не только теоретическое, но и практическое значение. Результаты современных исследований в области благополучия одаренных подростков противоречивы, а многолетнее обсуждение вопроса о взаимосвязи одаренности и психологического благополучия не привело к однозначным выводам. Вероятно, разрешить это противоречие возможно, если учитывать пол одаренного подростка и тип одаренности. В статье представлены результаты исследования психологического благополучия подростков (168 человек в возрасте 15–17 лет), одаренных в математике, спорте и гуманитарных науках, обучающихся на программах для одаренных детей. Теоретическую основу исследования составляет эвдемоническая концепция психологического благополучия, разработанная Кэрол Рифф. Психологическое благополучие респондентов измерялось с помощью «Шкалы психологического благополучия» К. Рифф, адаптированной на российской выборке Л. В. Жуковской и Е .Г. Трошихиной. Исследование ставило целью выявить и проанализировать возможные расхождения в психологическом благополучии подростков в зависимости от их пола и типа одаренности. Как показали результаты исследования, оценка общего благополучия не зависит от половой принадлежности или типа одаренности, тогда как специфические аспекты психологического благополучия, такие как цель в жизни или принятие себя, связаны с типом одаренности. Наивысшие показатели продемонстрировали подростки, одаренные в области гуманитарных наук. Все обнаруженные половые различия вписываются в картину возрастных закономерностей личностного развития подростков, тогда как тип одаренности усиливает эти черты. Результаты публикуемого исследования содействуют пониманию взаимосвязи между психологическим благополучием и одаренностью подростков.
