Аннотация

Введение. Цифровые зависимости — от видеоигр, смартфона и социальных сетей — получили значительное распространение среди студентов и создают проблемы с обучением, что вызывает обоснованную тревогу родителей и педагогов. Цель статьи — нахождение личностных коррелятов цифровых зависимостей русскоязычных студентов. Задачи статьи — выявление возможных взаимосвязей между зависимостью от видеоигр, зависимостью от смартфона, зависимостью от социальных сетей, агрессивностью, тревогой, депрессией, прокрастинацией, продолжительностью ежедневной игры, проблемами со сном.

Материалы и методы. Основой исследования послужили результаты онлайн-тестирования 846 студентов. Использованы: опросник АПА зависимости от видеоигр, короткая версия опросника зависимости от смартфона (автор В. П. Шейнов), опросник зависимости от социальных сетей (авторы В. П. Шейнов, А. С. Девицын), короткая версия опросника прокрастинации (авторы В. П. Шейнов, А. С. Девицын), Шкала агрессивности из опросника «Самооценка психических состояний» Г. Айзенка, русскоязычная версия Госпитальной шкалы тревоги и депрессии (адаптация М. А. Морозовой и др.).

Результаты исследования. Исследованием установлено, что у студентов зависимости от видеоигр, смартфона и социальных сетей положительно связаны между собой и положительно взаимосвязаны с такими проблемными свойствами личности, как агрессивность, тревога, депрессия, прокрастинация, а также с проблемами со сном и продолжительностью ежедневных видеоигр. Показано, что зависимость юношей от видеоигр превышает аналогичную зависимость девушек, а зависимости девушек от социальных сетей и от смартфона превосходят соответствующие зависимости юношей. У девушек больше, чем у юношей, выражены тревожность и прокрастинация. Равным образом юноши и девушки страдают от депрессии и проблем со сном. Выявленные в настоящем исследовании результаты имеют определенное теоретическое значение. Они, в частности, показывают, что зависимость от видеоигр, зависимость от смартфона и зависимость от социальных сетей образуют триединый концепт (состоящее из трех элементов единство), который можно определить как «Проблемный комплекс цифровых зависимостей», включающий в себя зависимость от смартфона, зависимость от социальных сетей и зависимость от видеоигр с их положительными связями между собой и положительными взаимосвязями с проблемными свойствами личности — агрессивностью, тревожностью, депрессией, прокрастинацией, а также с проблемами со сном и продолжительностью ежедневных видеоигр.

Заключение. В практическом плане полученные результаты могут быть использованы в работе по предотвращению формирования у студентов цифровых зависимостей.
