Взаимосвязи зависимости от смартфона с характеристиками личности курсантов

Аннотация

Введение. Как показали многочисленные исследования, зависимость от смартфона влияет на многие характеристики личности их активных пользователей.

Ряд связанных с зависимостью от смартфона эмоционально-волевых и коммуникативных качеств и состояний личности крайне важны для курсантов МЧС, поскольку их будущая профессиональная деятельность предъявит им соответствующие требования в процессе предупреждения и ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций.

Выявление влияния зависимости от смартфона на формирование важных для будущей профессии курсантов эмоционально-волевых и коммуникативных состояний и качеств личности является актуальным и потому является целью данного исследования.

Материалы и методы. Зависимость от смартфона оценивалась с помощью короткой версии опросника «Шкала зависимости от смартфона»; у испытуемых также были диагностированы интернет-зависимость, тревожность, депрессия, стрессоустойчивость, самообладание, настойчивость, самоэффективность, самооценка, ассертивность, агрессивность, коммуникативная компетентность, эмоциональный интеллект, удовлетворенность жизнью, одиночество, саморегуляция, самоуважение, локус контроля, незащищенность от кибербуллинга, стеснительность, прокрастинация.

В исследовании приняли участие 100 курсантов мужского пола, большая часть из которых учится на 4 курсе по направлению «Предупреждение и ликвидация чрезвычайных ситуаций».

Результаты исследования. В статье показано, что зависимость от смартфона положительно связана с интернет-зависимостью, стеснительностью, бессонницей, зависимым поведением, одиночеством и отрицательно связана с агрессивностью, компетентным поведением, саморегуляцией, самообладанием, настойчивостью. Часть выявленных связей в целом соответствуют корреляциям, установленным в зарубежных исследованиях. Новыми как для отечественных, так и для зарубежных исследований являются установленные отрицательные связи зависимости от смартфона с настойчивостью и самообладанием и положительные связи с плохим настроением и зависимым поведением.

Заключение. Практическим результатом проведенного исследования является рекомендация в процессе воспитательной работы с обучаемыми привлекать их внимание к серьезным отрицательным последствиям зависимости от смартфонов и объяснять преимущества непосредственного общения.
