Предложения по антикризисной помощи, направленной на сохранение психологического здоровья студентов вузов в условиях эпидемии коронавируса

Быстрое распространение новой коронавирусной пневмонии представляет серьезную угрозу для жизни и психологии людей. Студенты вузов, находясь на особом этапе жизни, когда их сознание еще не полностью созрело, а их психологическое развитие не стабильно, особенно подвержены психологическим кризисам. И в условиях нынешней ситуации с эпидемией коронавирусной пневмонии учащиеся вузов испытывают различного рода давление, и у них возникают разные проблемы психологического характера. В условиях эпидемии пневмонии была внедрена система прекращения очных занятий в вузах без остановки обучения, поощряется домашнее обучение, в связи с чем у части студентов стали проявляться сложная поведенческая активность и психологические изменения. В данном исследовании путем обобщения и анализа рассматриваются проблемы и причины психологического кризиса студентов вузов, а также психологические особенности, возникшие у них в условиях нынешней эпидемии новой коронавирусной пневмонии. Также предлагаются принципы и стратегии психологической помощи для преодоления кризиса у студентов вузов, где помощь заключается в устранении негативных эмоций, мыслей и поведения, проявляющихся в кризисных ситуациях. Разрешение текущих трудностей поможет студентам снизить давление и выйти из кризиса, повысить уровень осознанности, что имеет большое значение для их здоровья, продуктивного обучения и жизни в целом.
Среди рекомендаций, направленных на сохранение психического здоровья и оказавшихся наиболее востребованными китайскими студентами в ситуации эпидемии коронавируса, можно выделить: обращение на горячую линию психологической помощи; оптимально организованный режим дня, включающий в себя время на физические упражнения; проработка эмоциональной реакции на ситуацию и внимание к рациональной оценке происходящего; поддержание социальных контактов с соблюдением необходимых рекомендации по самоизоляции; адекватное использование средств индивидуальной защиты, соблюдение личной гигиены и правил профилактики заражения; отказ от самолечения и др.
